Francisco de Goya y Lucientes (1746-1828) (b. March 30, 1746, Fuendetodos, Spain—d. April 16, 1828, Bordeaux, Fr.) He painted Saturn Devouring One of his Sons on his dining room wall. The wall was removed from the house 50 years after his death for preservation of the painting. |
